This year will start with the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, which will be unprecedented because of their location and their operation under a sealed bubble. 2022 will end with the Football World Cup in Qatar.
Between the two? A multitude of events can be expected: a Formula 1 season after an unbearable suspense in 2021 or the Alpine skiing World Cup finals in Meribel-Courchevel. 2022 is also the year women are honoured with the return of the women’s edition of the Tour de France, a Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and a Euro soccer tournament in England
