Women’s football worldcup – bye bye France, who’s next?

The women’s football world cup has come to an end and many actors agree that it was a great success despite the early elimination of the local team.

The media were treated with record audiences (peaks to more than 11 million viewers in France), the attendances were good and the overall high level of competition really boosted public interest in the tournament.

Which country will be chosen to organize the next chapter? Its designation will take place in 2020, but it will have an important challenge to face.

VPI is also proud to have actively participated in this event by being at the service of many media outlets from the spearheading countries of the competitions: France, England, the Netherlands, Sweden, Japan or Italy.
