The next 2018 Games will be in South Korea from 09 to 25 February 2018. Travelers from all over the world will embark on a long journey to northeast Asia to discover the venues and support their nation.

 

PYEONGCHANG 2018: 2 major poles for the competition

The Mountain Cluster of Pyeongchang for the 2018 Games

This mountainous region will host all the sports of sliding in the stations of YongPyong and Alpensia. It is also here that the two media centers, IBC and MPC will be grouped two steps away from the commune of Daegwallyeong-Myeon.

The Coastal Cluster of Gangneung for the 2018 Games

Located near the coastline, one hour from the Mountain Cluster, the Media Village will be located in the Gangneung City where ice sport competitions will be held. This center will also host its own media center: the Coastal Media Center (CMC).

 

PYEONGCHANG 2018: Korea prepares to host the Games

Less than a year from the competition, sports facilities are constantly breaking out.

On December 14, 2016, the committee inaugurated the Ice Arena in Gangneung. Located in the Coastal Cluster, the opening of this building is a significant step in the progress of the work since it is in this place that will be held all the sports competitions of ice of the 2018 Games as well as the tests tests of 2017 .
